Agreement & Eligibility

By using GPT Proto, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ years old, or 13-18 with parental consent. We may modify these Terms at any time—continued use means you accept changes.

Service License

We grant you a non-exclusive right to access our AI-powered platform and APIs. No guarantees are made regarding quality, stability, uptime, or reliability. We may modify or change the Service at any time.

Account Security

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys from unauthorized access. You must not share accounts, create multiple accounts to bypass limits, or use another user's account.

Fees & Payment

Pricing is available at gptproto.com/pricing. We use Stripe as our payment processor. We may change fees at any time with reasonable notice. All sales are final—no refunds for subscriptions or usage-based charges.

API Usage

You must comply with rate limits and usage quotas. API keys must be kept secure. You may not reverse engineer our models, build competing services, or share/resell API access without authorization. We may implement fair use policies and limit access to new users.

Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of your input content but grant us a license to provide the Service. You own generated content but are solely responsible for its use, accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our Service to create illegal, harmful, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, violent, misleading, spam, adult, or privacy-violating content. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless GPT Proto from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any reason, including Terms violations, non-payment, fraudulent activities, or security concerns. You may cancel anytime, but won't receive refunds for unused services.
