Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal data held by GPTProto, including data associated with your use of Facebook Login. You do not need to sign in to read these instructions or contact us.

Request data deletion

Email official@gptproto.com with the subject GPTProto Data Deletion Request. Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your GPTProto account.

  • Include your GPTProto account email address.
  • Include your user ID if you know it.
  • Tell us whether you want to delete Facebook-related data or your entire GPTProto account and associated personal data.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, or access tokens.

Email a deletion request

This opens your email app with a draft. Your request is sent only when you send the email. If no email app opens, use the address and subject above in your preferred email service.

What happens next

Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account and clarify which data you want deleted. You can ask for an update by replying to the same email conversation.

We will explain the next steps and notify you of the outcome by email. Sending a request does not immediately delete your account or data. If you can no longer access your account email, contact us to discuss verification options.

Data covered by your request

Your request can cover personal information received through Facebook Login and held by GPTProto, or personal data associated with your GPTProto account. Please specify the scope so we can explain how it affects your account and access to the service.

If any records must be retained under applicable legal obligations, we will explain the relevant limitations when responding to your request. For information about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Remove Facebook access

If you connected GPTProto to Facebook, you can also remove GPTProto in the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings.

Removing Facebook access does not by itself confirm deletion of data already held by GPTProto. To request deletion of that data, email us using the instructions above. A request to GPTProto does not delete your Facebook account.
