01Do my credits expire?
No. Your balance stays available until you spend it — no monthly reset, no expiry date, no hidden fees.
02How does the bonus work?
Top-ups of $50–$100 receive +3%, $500–$1,000 receive +5%, and $5,000+ receive +7%. Bonus credits land in your balance immediately and are spent at the same discounted model prices — the two savings stack.
03Which payment methods are supported?
Credit / debit cards, USDT, and MIR. All payments are processed over encrypted connections — card details never touch our servers.
04What happens when my balance runs low?
You'll get an email when your balance drops below a threshold you set, and you can enable Auto Top-Up so a preset amount is added automatically — your workflows never stall mid-run.
05Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Unused credits from accidental duplicate top-ups can be refunded within 7 days — contact support from your account email and we'll sort it out.
